Features of Preterm's Services

Preterm provides a safe and accessible environment for women to make informed choices about pregnancy termination and other reproductive health issues.

All Staff at Preterm are caring, supportive and non-judgemental while maintaining the highest standards of care and confidentiality.

• Pregnancy termination is carried out at the Surry Hills (Sydney) clinic, under local and general anaesthetic, or intravenous sedation.
• Counselling is an integral part of Preterm care.
• In addition to termination services, Preterm offers an excellent women's health service, including consultation and counselling on contraception and sexual health.
• These services include insertion and removal of Implanon and Interuterine Contraceptive Devices.
• All medical, nursing and counselling staff are qualified within their professional areas.

The clinic offers flexible hours of service, 7.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 7.30am to 3.30pm.
